Recent integration programmes include the integration of Camberley AutoFactors into Andrew Page Ltd, a company backed by Phoenix Private Equity, the acquisition of Donaldsons LLP by DTZ plc, a quoted global property advisor and the acquisition of Towry in 2006 as part of a 'buy and build' programme backed by private equity firm, Paloman and Partners.
Philip has experience of managing business integrations in the UK and across Europe. Industry experience includes financial services, professional services, wealth management, insurance, logistics, food, electrical appliances and motor car parts.
